Ronaldo misses Portugal match

Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo will miss Portugal's friendly against Egypt in Lisbon on Wednesday because of an ankle injury.

The 20-year-old, who also missed United's opening league game of the season against Everton, will be replaced by Fulham's Luis Boa Morte.

Custodio Castro has also pulled out of the squad and the uncapped Joao Alves of Braga will take his place.

Portugal will face Luxembourg in a World Cup qualifier on 3 September.
